Socio-training arraigo
For those who have lived in Spain for at least two years and want to study or train for a profession. It allows you to work legally for up to 30 hours a week while you study: training and gaining experience at the same time. It is today one of the safest and most practical ways to regularise your situation while acquiring vocational training.
Training
The law admits several options: regulated education, such as adult education to obtain the compulsory secondary education certificate (ESO), or official courses leading to certificates of professional competence, among others depending on your personal situation.
Requirements
- Continuous residence in Spain for at least two years.
- No criminal record.
- Not being an applicant for international protection.
When the training ends
The authorisation can be modified into a work permit without having to wait any longer.
