It allows you to remain in Spain lawfully after your studies while you look for work or start a professional activity: the transition from a study stay to legal residence, as provided for in immigration law.

Requirements

  1. Sufficient financial means for a stay of at least one year.
  2. Public or private medical insurance with full cover.

Deadlines

Up to 60 days before the study stay ends or up to 90 days after it expires; it is best to file before expiry.
